1.What is the turnaround time for a sample?

It takes approximately one week to produce a sample. In cases of urgency, we provide support and make every effort to expedite the sampling process, to shorten sample date and meet your requirement.

2.What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for your order?

FuWinn Housewares MOQ is flexible and open to negotiation. We accept lower quantities for trial orders. Please feel free to inform us of the quantity you require, and we will calculate the corresponding cost. We hope that after checking the quality of our products and experiencing our service, you trust you will place larger orders.

3.If I provide my sketches/design, can you sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with me to protect my design?

Certainly! We specialize in OEM/ODM projects and prioritize the protection of all client designs. We are willing to sign an NDA to ensure that your artwork remains confidential. We commit not to share your designs with other clients or sell your OEM items to anyone else.

4.What Certification Do You Have?

We can provide LFGB, FDA, BPA, GRS, RCS and other relevant certificates or testing reports.

5.If there are quality issues with the bulk order, what should you do?

Even if the third-party inspection passes, we will respond promptly and provide excellent after-sales service. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with a timely and satisfactory resolution. Many of our clients continue to cooperate with us due to their satisfaction with our after-sales service. FuWinn Hourswares is an honest and trustworthy company. Additionally, we have made improvements in our quality control to address fundamental issues at the source as much as possible.

6.What is your main market?

Our customer is main in USA, CANADA, ERUO like UK, Germany, Netherlands,Switzerland, Poland etc. We serve more than 200 customers. This makes us have rich experience & professional skills.
